Privacy Policy

• Account information — name, email address, and phone number you provide when signing up or updating your profile.
• Preference and activity data — your likes, dislikes, favorites, saved searches, follows, swipe and tap activity, and the preference model TRAViS builds from those reactions.
• Content you upload — photos you share for valuation or Design Studio projects, notes you write about homes, and support conversations.
• Usage and device data — pages visited, feature usage, approximate device/browser type, and accessibility settings used to operate and improve the service.

• Personalize your home feed, match scores, and saved-search alerts.
• Send the emails and texts you ask for: alerts, digests, tour confirmations, replies.
• Operate valuation estimates and Design Studio projects you initiate.
• Connect you with the licensed brokerage team that sponsors your account, so they can answer questions and schedule showings.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and keep required records.

We process data on the lawful bases of contract (providing the service you signed up for), consent (optional features such as text messaging), legitimate interest (security and product improvement), and legal obligation (record-keeping).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or any independent use without your explicit opt-in permission.

Limited sharing happens only in these cases: (a) with the brokerage that sponsors your account, to serve you as a customer; (b) with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (hosting, email and SMS delivery, analytics) and may not use it for their own purposes; and (c) when required by law, legal process, or to protect safety and rights. Your phone number and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to marketers.

If you opt in to text messages, we send application-to-person (A2P) messages such as home alerts, tour reminders, and account notifications from our registered business number.

• Consent is opt-in and voluntary. You are never required to accept texts to use the service, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on the alerts and activity you enable. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
• Opt out any time by replying STOP. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email privacy@jaxhomes.com.
• We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA messaging principles, and carrier A2P registration requirements (10DLC). We keep records of your consent and opt-out choices.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change; service is intended for U.S. numbers.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to:

• Access a copy of your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to legal retention duties.
• Restrict or object to processing, including profiling.
• Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, email privacy@jaxhomes.com. We respond within 30 days. Our service is operated from the United States; by using it you understand your data is processed in the U.S. under appropriate safeguards.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA) and residents of states with similar laws may request to know, access, correct, delete, and port their personal information, and may opt out of sale or sharing. Because we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, there is nothing to opt out of — but we honor all requests through the contact above. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed afterward for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes (for example, Design Studio credit and audit records). Deleted projects are retained in soft-deleted form for auditing before permanent removal.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we work to protect your data and will notify you of breaches as required by law.

JaxHomes is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect, and the effective date above will change. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
